Bridget O'Neill Rosado

Member of the Board

Bridget is a Stage 3 breast cancer and passionate advocate for women’s health and community philanthropy. She is an experienced educational leader who has spent her career focusing on building meaningful community partnerships to assist students and families facing adversity in some of the largest school systems in the Northeast.

Long before her own breast cancer diagnosis, Bridget co-founded "Petit Pink," which helped expand access to mammograms for uninsured women while promoting breast health awareness and early detection education among young women and girls. This information proved to be invaluable, as a monthly self-breast exam is what led to Bridget's own diagnosis at 33 years old.

Following her breast cancer treatment, Bridget and her husband got to experience a Fly Again Dream Vacation to the Philippines. This was an experience that profoundly shaped her understanding of the importance of hope as a tool for healing. Now serving on the Foundation’s Board, she is passionate about helping other survivors and thrivers experience that same celebration of life in spite of breast cancer!

Bridget holds a master’s degree in Public School Leadership from Columbia University’s Teachers College. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, Kyle, and their daughter, Edie
